Stewart's Ambulance has a fleet of seven ALS equipped ambulances, one Paramedic Intercept vehicle and, two wheelchair vans.

45-CAR-1, Ford Expedition staffed at the Paramedic level twenty four hours a day five days a week. Housed at the Stewart's Meredith station, it's role is to back up and support all responding ambulances and to act as a medical incident command vehicle.
